1- After receiving your complaint, we will forward it to the "Complaints Box" within 48 hours.

2- You can view your complaint at the "Complaints Box".

3- All complaints must be sent with name, e-mail address, nationality and subject.

4- Please submit your complaints in English or in Japanese.

5- Personal messages are not acceptable.

6- Persons who do not wish to publish their name and other information on the web must say so clearly.

7- If, whenever, you need to remove your complaint from "Complaints Box" please inform us by e-mail.

8- UMJ and its administration will not be responsible for any typing errors or misunderstandings regarding "Complaints Box" directly or indirectly, and cannot be challenged in any Court of Law in Japan.
